Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love PawClean Pro. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email us at ziazahur9@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in usable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
